I ate a Baconator dbl. Sm combo with Fruit punch @ 3:3p pm 6/9/16. I ate half the meal. Sometime after Midnight 6/10/16 I began to feel nauseous and developed a headache, fever and vomiting.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Headache

I had the Mac and cheese and the Napa almond chicken salad. Ate around 5, diarrhea started around 10 pm. It's almost midnight. Feeling a little queezy, but just diarrhea. Not the first time this has happened eating veggies from Panera.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

I went on June 7th I had the trio appetizers and the French onion soup I bought cheeseburger egg rolls the spinach and artichoke dip and the beer pretzels my stomach started hurting 3 hours after I ate and it still is hurting now and I have diarrhea and a lot of cramping  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
