I bought a Hoisin duck wrap from M&S on 11/4/26 at around 17:30 by 20:30pm I was hit with sickness, diahhrea, pain, fever and chills which was ongoing for 16 hours.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache

I ate a double cheese burger and after I ate it I had a bad belly ache 10 minutes after. Following on from this I had an awful belly ache with going to the toilet all night long and violently being sick  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting

I ordered a chicken royal meal and it was my only meal of the day within an hour I had stomach cramps then diarrhea. I was really nauseas and I fell asleep for 30 minutes I woke up using the toilet and throwing up in a bag..
