Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
Suspected source: Chicken big Mac
Onset: Less than 4 hours
Duration: 12 to 24 hours
Additional information: My partner also ill she had a normal big Mac and I had I chicken big Mac,so maybe the sauce as I never had salad  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Both myself and my partner shared a 5 piece select meal and a cheeseburger each, within less than an hour i had been sick, within a matter of hours both myself and my partner have been fighting to get to the toilet.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
