Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Nausea,Fever,Chills,other: infected, swollen, lacerated tongue, mouth full of glass pieces, esophogus and chest too. Extreme pain in mouth, chest, shoulder blades
Suspected source: I chewed and swallowed three spoonfuls of a meal that contained very small glass pieces
