Had a McDonald's and later that night was vommiting with no sleep at all, only meat I had that day so couldn't have been another bit of food really bad stomach cramps with lack of appetite  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Loss of Appetite

We ordered the Sausage & Pepperoni pizza and a Beef pizza. The whole family who ate the pizza were up all night vommiting severely uncontrollably.
