I ate on Saturday Sep 30 around 2pm. Onset was about 12hrs... initially I experienced a headache around 8pm and then woke up with diarrhea around 2am. The diarrhea lasted up until yesterday Oct 7th. No fever or vomiting. Missed an entire week of work... :(  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Headache, Fever

Ate Subway turkey sandwich with shredded cheese on wheat and nothing else on it. Vomited that night, about 6 hours later and still vomiting 4 days later.  | Symptoms: Vomiting

I ate the blackened bleu salad with Mediterranean dressing around 2pm and didn't start feeling symptoms until appx. 9pm.
