I had a burger and fries around 1pm, started feeling a little nauseated shortly after. When I got home around 5 30 PM, the nausea got worse and I started having diarrhea. I started getting the chills, started shaking and threw up chunkcs of fries and onions. Felt much better after throwing up.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills, Shaking

I had a chicken bowl at chipotle yesterday and since then I’ve been constantly vomiting everything I’ve been eating and also have diarrhea. I will go to a doctor tonight if my condition worsens.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
