I bought organic medjool dates from here. Sell by date is 7/25/2023 .. I cut my dates open and put cashew butter inside. When I cut these open they were filled with mold and dead insects that burrowed their way in. Make sure you cut each date open before eating to prevent parasites and mold exposure

Had a big bowl of Raisin Bran before bed and two hours later I was up all night with diarrhea.
Thankfully only 3 episodes of diarrhea and it passed but I’m almost certain that was the cause.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
