I ordered a Torta with Carne Asada. About an hour later I started to feel nauseas and as if I had over ate, but I didn't. Then an hour after that, I started having diarrhea. I then had projectile vomiting and bad diarrhea all night. It was so awful and embarrassing.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Purchased a salad with roast beef, egg, blu cheese, quinoa and romaine. Stomach has never hurt as bad as an hour ago. Violent diarrhea with horrible stomach pain. It seems to have subsided....for now...

My son bought a apple pecan salad at Wendy's on Sunday, January 20, 2019 @ about 7:30pm. He ate it and about 30 min to 1 hour later had a very upset stomach and diarrhea all night and nausea and vomited. I will contact the restaurant this morning.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
