Both my girlfriend and I had breakfast at McDonald's. And ate exactly the same thing after that she started feeling nauseous which makes me nervous because she is pregnant. Soon after I became nauseous and now have diarrhea. I'm hoping that it doesn't get too serious that we have to go to E.R  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

I ordered the gardein vegan burger and my mom ordered the shrimp pasta and we are both suffering!!! She complained that her food smelled funny and only ate a small amount. We both ordered a strawberry lemonade a noticed that our drinks tasted funny as well.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever
