I ate half of the wrap for lunch started to expierenve stomach pain so I took a Prilosec. The next morning I woke up with some stomach pain but it went away. I ate the other half of the wrap for lunch. By the evening and followed by all night I had vomiting, diarrhea, fever, and chills.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Chills

Went for a dinner party on Saturday December 16th. Ordered the family fajita Fiesta. 3 a.m. Sunday morning woke up vomiting and diarrhea ended up going to the ER. The manager was contacted she claimed no one had called in with any complaints. Which was a lie… See more

Went to red lobster today and ordered the endless shrimp Mediterranean shrimp, shrimp scampi, shrimp fettuccine alfredo, coconut shrimp about 2 hours later I couldn't stop going to the bathroom and still going now  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

Ate with the family. Ordered the shrimp trio with Alfredo noodles and asparagus. Had raspberry lemonade, garden salad (extra veggies, shredded cheese, no onions or sour cream). Had the Italian balsamic dressing on the side, but drizzled it very lightly on the last 4 bites of salad… See more

My little boy and girl got cheeseburger happy meals the my little boy got sick vomiting then my little girl the next day 4 days later I got 2 McDonald's doubles and vomited at work and my girlfriend was nauseous that whole day and now last night her 16 year old daughter is sick from eating there too  | Symptoms: Vomiting
