I ordered a double cheese burger fries and chicken McNuggets around 630-7 pm I started feeling a bit nauseous around 1130 and about two in the morning I started throwing up and have diahria the food was a bit in the colder side and the nuggets seemed extra crunchy but still cold  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

My boyfriend and I went to eat and he had a California Steak burrito and I had a chopped salad with salmon. He is in extreme pain, diarrhea, fever and nauseated. At 1155PM on Tuesday Oct. 30 2018 ordered Jacks Munchie Meal. Ordered the stacked grill cheese burger. By 200AM was feeling nauseous. 230am had diarrhea. 330am was still nauseous and at 400am vomited. At this time 500am still nauseous.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
