My 5 year old son had dinner at chipotle, he was served white rice, carnitas, and cheese. the following day, he complained of nausea in the morning, and ended up vimiting at school. now hes home on the toilet and vomiting.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
