Ordered a chicken bowl with white rice pinto beans lettuce sour cream and guacamole around 1:30pm. I started to get sick around 6pm. Headache, vomiting, nausea, sweating, diarrhea. I had to leave work. I was misearable.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Sweating

I had McDonald's cheeseburgers at around 8-9pm and then around 11-12 I was fatigued and light headed and passed it off as being tired around 3-4am I had diarrhea for about 40 minutes woke up next morning with a headache and diarrhea  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

My 2 boys 13 and 12 years old. Had a hamburger for dinner around 9pm at midnight both of them start growing up really bad. They could not hold any liquids.
