About 2 hours after eating sushi roll, violently ill with abdominal cramps, bloody diarrhea and vomiting. 24 hours later still very ill. Unable to get help at local ER due to influx of Covid patients.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Bloody Stool

I ate the 8 oz. filet mignon medium well with a baked potato and a glass of water. As I was paying my bill, I immediately got aggressive cramps and felt like I needed to pass gas, but I had a feeling it wasn’t going to be gas.
