I ordered a large stuffed crust pepperoni about noon 10/04/21. I ate 4 slices and within an hour became ill with stomach cramps and fever. A few hours later diarrhea all night long and called in sick to work.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Cramps

I myself and my husband. We ate and a few minutes later I mentioned to him I feel really dizzy and he felt it almost exactly at the same moment as I was speaking. We stopped at the nearest gas station and purchased water. We came home, my husband had tried to induce vomiting.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness
