I bought cheese and spinach manicotti last night. I baked it tonight. I had not eaten anything all day. I ate two manicotti and within 15 minutes vomited violently. Diarrhea followed in a short time. I refrigerated the food properly. This came on so quickly.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps
