Got a carne asada salad bowl on Halloween day for their boorito special. Since then been having severe diarrhea at least once an hour, nausea, vommitting. Had to go to urgent care for fluids. Still diarrhea is present at this point.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Someone I know got a food poisoning from a burger , My boyfriend ate a jalapeño burger around 9pm left the restaurant around 10pm. At 5am he woke up with all symptoms of food poisoning.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Fever, Diarrhea

I ate a taco, small chips with nacho cheese, and the flaming hoy Frito burrito. My bowls were completely normal. After about 30 mins mu stomach cramped up so bad and I had let loose all the things I had eaten. Now my fever is climbing and stomach is in non stop pain.
