August 9, 2021 6 pm, regular hamburger, ice cream cone, or decaf coffee. I was the only one, no others involved in purchase. No food 12pm until approx 4pm. Nausea started about 5:30 pm. Vomiting and diarrhea subsided about 7:30 pm. Slight chill for about another hour. Back to normal.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Other, Chills

Fried rice, noodles, honey walnut shrimp, honey sesame chicken, and a fortune cookie. I ate there on 6/26/21 at 5 pm o slowly became nauseous and my stomach started to hurt almost immediately though I didn’t vomit until 15 hours later then after I did I feel a lot better  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Other, Stomach Pain

I literally had nothing to eat besides their food and figured I’d pick some up around 11 cuz I was feeling nauseous from not eating in the morning but now my stomach is trippin it’s like about 3:30 now and I can’t even go out with my homie until I know I won’t have to be glued to the bathroom  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
