Ate the chopped chicken salad Sunday lunchtime + didn't eat the chicken so it must have been the lettuce. Up all night vomiting Sunday night, felt wretched all day Monday, ok Tuesday, then diarrhea on Wednesday.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
