Steak burrito. Food poisoning. Lots of vomiting and diarrhea at the store on Hampden. Date was Wed 2/19 Just me. I got sick 6 hours after I ate. The store seemed understaffed with lots of dirty pans in sight but j have eaten there many times  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

yogurt 3 got sick. The night after eating yogurt. Art spent 5 days in the hospital. Still sick after 2 weeks. Other 2 threw up that night
2 weeks e coli blood poisoning. 5 days in the hospital. Kidneys shut down. Grandson & Brother in law threw up. Mine was very severe  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Other

Husband got extremely ill from chicken (I was fine as I had a veggie burrito). Almost had to take him to the hospital. Everything we ate yesterday was the same except the chicken. He did mention one bite tasting “off” and “stringy.”  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
