10/23/2024 around 130pm mst., I ordered a nacho bell grande, burrito Supreme, steak quesadilla, crunchy taco, 1 large Pepsi and 1 Large Starry for myself and family. About two hours after consuming, nausea, diarrhea, weakness and stomach cramps set in.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Weakness
