I had my usual sandwich (the chicken tender bbq hoagie” and for some reason I woke up at like 3am and had chills and a headache. Few hours late had diarrhea and during that day felt like I was going to throw up.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Headache, Chills

I consumed a speciality drink, frozen hot chocolate s’mores with the energy add-in whip cream and regular toppings. About 35-40 after drinking about 3/4, I had severe diarrhea along with abdominal pain. I’ve had this drink a million times before . Never had this issue  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Other, Stomach Pain

After eating about 2 hours later my friends stomachs started to get upset. An hour and a half after them my stomach was in so much pain and I started to feel dizzy. The pain was so bad I started to throw up. I have been in the bathroom for the past 2 hours and 13 minutes.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness, Stomach Pain
