About 2 hours after I had steak tacos from Chipotle, I had strong diarrhea. It hasn’t stopped since then. I feel weak and have a fever, but no vomiting. I hadn’t eaten anything else since breakfast, which was my usual bowl of cereal.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Weakness

Got a chicken meal through the drive thru lastnight around 9-930. Woke up at 3:00am to vomiting and have been violently sick all day long, vomited at least 15 times by noon, and had to call off work today.
