We had eatten their for my husband's birthday dinner. The food was filling so I are my taco salad bowl the next day. 2 hours later I had bad cramps and direaha.
The salad was head lettuce.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Other, Cramps

I had purchased a meal along with some oatmeal cookies and I initially ate the cookies first because I can’t drive and eat a meal. So I ate them all and then soon after maybe an hour I got sick  | Symptoms: Nausea, Other

Their spicy chicken sandwich , 2 people, ate same meal at 7pm, woke up in the middle of the night with extremely painful stomach aches, vomiting and diarrhea, we did not consume fries or custard, solely sandwich and sweet tea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I at the strawberry pecan salad. I don't have a receipt - paid cash and checked out around noon. My bill was 95$ and some change. they can find the receipt if needed., No others sick. No one else had the same meal. I got sick about 20 minutes after I left the restaurant.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea
