Last Monday and ate shrimp chimichangas. From the next day on haven't been able to keep in even fluids. I had to go to the emergency room. I have missed several days of work. I am still not completely recovered. I felt like I was going to die. I have never been so sick in my life.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

My mother and I ate at Panera yesterday about 2PM. The only good we had in common was the chicken on salad (different salad types) and the turkey deli meat in sandwiches (different types of sandwiches- no sauces on one of them)
