They had extremely limited options for only burgers and the nuggets. I got a 3 combo and within 30 minutes I had awful stomach pain. Within an hour of the pain I started having terrible diarrhea  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain

After eating some sushi I had a severe stomach ache but was able to fall asleep. The next day I woke up with a strong need to go to the bathroom and proceeded to empty the contents of my body (anal). Then I got very strong water diarrhea and nearly got dehydration. 0/10 won't come again.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Dehydration

Last night Wolfs brand chili No. It was from a can of wolves brand chili with out beans. Last evening after eating a bowl (1/2 can) I became very gassy, threw up and spent the entire night on the toilet.
