I had a steak burrito with mild salsa, lettuce, cheese, brown rice. I ate around 6:30 pm on 8/28, nausea symptoms set on the following morning at 4 am. Vomiting began at 6:30 and continued hourly. I required a trip to the ER for dehydration  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Dehydration

Pepperoni and cheese cracker plate, I took a cheese meat and cracker plate to the beach with some friends and our children. My son and I are the only ones who ate it and I’m the only one who ate the pepperoni. Less than 24 hours later I started having severe diarrhea that is now going on day 5!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

Drank slim fast protein caffeine (chocolate) at 8:30am. Within an hour, stomach was hurting and jittery, and having hot flashes. It took 24 hours of sleeping, Gatorade and Tylenol, to feel better.  | Symptoms: Other, Stomach Pain
