I ate at this establishment on Friday June 11th late afternoon and ate a Southwestern Chicken Bowl and the next day I had symptoms of abdominal pain, diarrhea and these symptoms continued for 14 days and doctor took a stool sample and it was positive for salmonella.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Other, Stomach Pain
