On 12/17/2017 at 1:30 am I ate a steak torta, 2 steak tacos and about 7 or 8 carrot slices from bin which is sketchy. By 8 am I was vomiting and straight water diarrhea for 5 hours and then went to emergency room to be treated.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Tuesday August 1st. Ate a Mr. Sub sandwich. Thursday August 3, came down with severe diarrhea, chills, fever, and exhaustion. I tend to think it was the salmonella in the lettuce  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Chills
