After eating the nacho fries and burrito I had extreme bloating, within a few hours I threw up chunks of cheese and meat, I also had painful burning diarrhea and have not been able to eat for the rest of the day (I ate at 1:00, vomiting started at 4:00 PM haven’t ate since then it is now 10:00 PM)  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Bloating

Ate a taco salad at 6:00 pm. Went to movie and was nauseous tne whole while. Got home and tried to go tp bed. Woke up at 11:30 with violent diarrhea. Went back tp bed only to get get up to severe vomiting. Two more cycles occurred after that.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
