I ordered a quesadilla from there 8/29/2021
After consuming I had diarrhea twice with stomach cramps and the next morning I had diarrhea again and later on during the day I experienced an 102 fever with body aches and more diarrhea  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Cramps, Body Ache

I had the philly cheesesteak and about 4 hours later I felt like I was going vomit and very uneasy and I had diarrhea from a while plus ordered it well done and I believe it may have been raw still.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Something else

I had a steak burrito with mild salsa, lettuce, cheese, brown rice. I ate around 6:30 pm on 8/28, nausea symptoms set on the following morning at 4 am. Vomiting began at 6:30 and continued hourly. I required a trip to the ER for dehydration  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Dehydration

8/28/21, Either Earthbound Farms 50/50 organic spring mix or crab-stuffed salmon from here. Two people got sick after dinner consisting of the salad mix and the salmon. Finished eating at 9 pm. Was sick by 10:30.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

We both got sick from eating a meal delivered from a restaurant  Meal was delivered at 8:20. My fiancé and I ate the meal around 8:45pm. We both started feeling ill and then getting sick around 1am. That lasted for 1+ hours. Took some pepto and went to sleep  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
