Threw up 3 times after eating 3 tacos ordered from Chipotle. Tacos were made of corn tortillas, white rice, carnitas, hot salsa, corn, and cheese. Ate nothing before or after that could have caused it.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

Everything was nice and I went out with my boyfriend. Lobster ravioli sounded really good and so I tried it. I couldn't finish it all so I took it home. I ate the rest the next day, ignoring that I was getting a bubbly tummy. This is now day two and I'm considering going to the doctor.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

Tuesday August 1st. Ate a Mr. Sub sandwich. Thursday August 3, came down with severe diarrhea, chills, fever, and exhaustion. I tend to think it was the salmonella in the lettuce  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Chills

We got lunch the McDonald's off of marketview and Neil Street I got a snack wrap and the chocolate chip frappe. My son got a hamburger and small fry. We both had diarrhea and stomach cramps. Felt fine until we ate the McDonald's.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

Got a chicken bowl at around 9:30. Staff was rude and cleaning area looked nasty, but my hunger was strong enough to order anyway. 20 minutes later diarrhea. About 15 after that I began throwing up, which has persisted for the last 8 hours.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
