Ate dinner there 06/09/16 and had chow me mein and orange chicken. 20 minutes after eating I felt nauseated, came home and tried to go to bed. My stomach continued to rumble and 5 hours later I am in the bathroom puking my guts up.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I had a Crispy Chicken Farmhouse salad for lunch today (5/17/2016). Within two hours, diarrhea started. By evening, abdominal cramping, nausea, headache, and weakness were added to the (still) continuing diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Cramps, Headache, Weakness
