Tonight, I ate meatloaf from there I ordered my food from DoorDash.  I ate the meatloaf, mashed potatoes and some corn around 7:30 pm.  By 10:30 I had uncontrollable diarrhea so I literally was laying in bed and pooped my pants.  Never even felt it coming.  I had to take a shower of course.    | Symptoms: Diarrhea

Chicken gnocchi soup I had lunch at 1pm. Became  very ill at around 10 pm that evening and actually ended up with a Emergency room visit. A CT verified that it was food poisoning.  I was weak for 5 days.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Other, Weakness

He had Imperial Cod, Garlic Potatoes and Asparagus. Also the bread and oil, Just my husband. I ate there also but did not gem sick. I had a different menu item. This is the second time this  | Symptoms: Other
