Went for lunch and we got southwest egg rolls, Thai chicken wraps and I got the filet medallions and ahi tuna. For dinner I had chicken tenders and a little mac and cheese at HopCat. Not sure which one got me sick but I’ve been in the bathroom since 3 am and still sick to my stomach.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Within two hours of eating chicken nuggets, I started feeling stomach cramps. Soon followed nausea, fever, and vomiting. Stomach cramps intensified until I had to go to ER.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Cramps

Was bloating all day after eating and having abdominal cramps and chills. I ate at 6pm and woke up having diarrhea at 1:00am the next early morning (this morning) and then finally vomiting it all up at 2:30am.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Bloating, Chills

After having homemade vegan spinach and cauliflower curry everyone in my family got sick. Two nights in a row vomit, diarrhea and stomach ache. I read FDA reports on November recalls that includes spinach being infested  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
