Burrito tastes and smells like feces. My wife ate two bite before spitting those out and almost instantly vomiting. It is honestly the nastiest thing I’ve ever smelled. I tried to call and talk to them and they decided to just argue with me on the phone rather than speak reasonably.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

Ate a Apple Pecan Salad. After I started to feel nauseas and dizzy. Made it to the bathroom where I violently threw up the whole salad. Immediately started to feel better. Next 12 hours Bowel movements were black diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Dizziness
