Hubbie and I waited an hour before got breakfast food. Waitress was absent-minded…kept forgetting basic things like straws, sweet and low, silverware.

Ate a Apple Pecan Salad. After I started to feel nauseas and dizzy. Made it to the bathroom where I violently threw up the whole salad. Immediately started to feel better. Next 12 hours Bowel movements were black diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Dizziness
