Pre cooked sausage on a pizza, Ate pre cooked sausage on a pizza while at work here. Woke up the next day and immediately was sick. Puked three times and diarrhea was horrible. By the end of the day I had a fever of 101 and had body aches  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Body Ache
