Ordered a Mexican Pizza on 5/24. It tasted weird but I hadn't eaten one in a while so I disregarded it. By the time I got halfway through I was so nauseated I had to go home from work. Day 3 and I am still taking Zofran and can't eat.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
