Around 1:30pm I ordered a medium fry and 4 piece nuggets and around 7:00pm I got violently ill vomiting and severe diarrhea and I’m still nauseous this next day today with barely and appetite.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Buffet. Place was pretty empty. Food didn't seem particularly fresh, and both cold and hot foods seemed too close to room temperature to be safe. Fool I was, I figured I was being paranoid and ate anyway. 9 hours later I was violently ill. Classic C. perfringens.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

both got sick several hours after eating fries - both began vomiting at the same time every 20 mins, with diarrhea, lasting for 18 hours! took 3 - 4 days to recover. no other food was in common. no respiratory issues either so not "the flu"  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
