Im 10 weeks pregnant and I ate Taco Bell Thursday. 3am I woke up with diarreah and vomiting. I had to go to the ER and was given fluids for dehydration. Its Saturday I'm still sick with a headache, pain in my stomach and back, runs and still can't eat  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Dehydration, Headache, Stomach Pain

Symptoms appreared 3-4 hours after consuming one mcgriddle sandwich from location. This location should be shut down due to hair being found in food months ago, however they seemed to have their act together. Never again.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
