I had a bowl of Lucky Charms for a quick snack before bed and woke up with stomach cramps and severe diarrhea. A colleague of mine remembered reading an article about this. I guess I will not be eating not-so Lucky Charms anymore.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps

I had a Like It size ice cream and was down to 2 spoons left in my bowl. Then my stomach started to hurt extremely bad. Rushed to the bathroom and this is where I’ve been for the past 1 hour and 45 minutes.
