I ordered a veggie bowl with brown rice, black beans, fajita veggies, guacamole, mild and green salsa, sour cream, lettuce, cheese and ate it around 7:00 PM on 12/5/16. I vomited it all up at 12:30 AM on 12/6/16.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
