Tuna melt, cheddar, wheat bread. Fries. Coleslaw. Pickle. Ginger ale. It all tasted really great, but within 3 hours the consequences were unfortunate.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting

Got a half tuna sandwich and half strawberry poppy seed salad. I did rapid pick up for 12:05 on 7/7/2016. A couple hours later I had diarreah and painful stomach cramps and now I feel nauseated. Maybe this is hindsight bias but I thought the Tina tastes "different".  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps, Stomach Pain
