Had a Meatball Marinara footlong with provolone. Went to bed and woke up today with cramps, aches pains bloating and gas. Burps taste like rotten eggs and flatulence smells like it too. I took the rest of the meal home. I was with my mother and two sisters. My mom got the 6 oz sirloin and the rest of us the same meal mentioned above. I started getting stomach pains and nausea about 2 hours after eating. I vomited twice but had diarrhea for close to 24 hours. I spoke with my sisters the next day and they had similar experiences.
