An hour after eating 2 fish tacos I was doubled over in pain, cramps, diarrhea fever and chills. It's been 24 hrs and still haven't eaten or feeling better. My stomach hurts and still suffering fever and chills.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Cramps, Chills
