Within 5hrs of eating a chicken flatbread sandwich chips and strawberry banana smoothie I had diarrhea vomiting and severe stomach cramping. Can’t get out of bed to take a pic of receipt but have it if needed.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps
