4/22/2019 1:00pm I had a wet burrito with lettuce tomatoes and sour cream with sauce on the side. After I left around 2:30 had watery diarrhea, I went to restroom every 5 to ten minutes all water. Got home around 3:30 have not stopped throwing up and diarrhea  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

On 4/16/2019 lunchtime, ate a burrito bowl with white rice, black beans, pinto beans, pico, lettuce, cheese, guacamole and sour cream. Had a Coke to drink. Chills and diarrhea started around 6 pm. Still have diarrhea on the 4/21. Will go to doctor tomorrow.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Chills

As soon as I ate a slice off pizza I got a little bump on my face by my eye then down my.neck abt 15 minutes later my whole body started itching wheezing hard time breathing, Within 5min to 10min  | Symptoms: Nausea, Itching

Ate there Wednesday 1-2pm, when the salad was prepared it didn't taste well but still I ate them. The next morning started Nausea and Diarrhea, went to see the doctor and looks like I got stomach flu ( Viral Gastroenteritis). Terrible condition in the next few days… See more
