I had orange chicken and fried rice for the first time last night at 6:30 before the hockey game. I started getting a really upset stomach last night around midnight and I’m still sick on the toilet today at 1;30pm... at my boyfriends house!!!!!!!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

Stopped in on dec 29th around 1pm and had buffet .. ate some fried rice , salad,baby shrimp and fried fish.. felt ok til about 2:30 pm today the 30th and started getting diarrhea , vomiting , body aches real bad .. food was good but I did think the fish was raw inside after I ate some ..  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

At 6:30pm 12/27/17 Matt Poxon purchased hot dog at Sam's Club. He became ill at 11:00pm. Vomiting & diahrea. At emergency room at 6am 12/28/16. After CT scan, IV, and xray, released at 11am.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
